2. Email your order

Send us an email letting us know you would like to purchase the Hope Band, along with your phone number and what time you can be reached. We will call you and take the details over the phone. Or fill out our order form and email it to us.

Order Confirmation

When we receive your order and confirmation of payment, we will create an order confirmation (OC) receipt for you and will attempt to send it to you by e-mail the next business day. If we are unable to do so, we will then forward your OC receipt to you by fax. Alternatively we will mail your OC receipt which could take up to 7 days to receive after we have received your order.
When you receive your order confirmation (OC) receipt, you will know that your order was accepted. The receipt also has details about your order such as the number of Hope Bands purchased, gold choice, ring size, along with sales tax, shipping and handling and total order price.In addition, it will provide the date you should receive your order by. We guarantee delivery of the Hope Band within 3 weeks or 21 days.
If you do not receive an order confirmation (OC) receipt within 7 days after ordering with us please contact us by clicking here. If you have received an OC receipt but did not receive your Hope Band order by the date specified on your OC receipt, please contact us immediately so we can start a ‘lost in mail’ claim.

Sales Tax

Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is calculated for all orders shipped to an Ontario address. Goods and Services Taxes (GST) is calculated on all orders shipped within Canada. Harmonized Sales Taxes are calculated on all orders shipped to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

Shipping Policy

Trust us to deliver your order safe, sound and right on time. We will ship to any location in Canada for $20. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Hope Band deliveries, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with Canada Post. If you are returning an order, please contact us for authorization in advance of shipping your order back to us.
